A New Favorite Thing to Organize My Tote Bag

Yikes! I just realized that I’ve been off the grid blog-wise for more than a month. Life does have a way of speeding by and now we’re into the second half of 2019 already. It’s really okay because life is about living and not about blogging, although I do enjoy reading other blogs and as well as writing my own. This recent blog-lapse was spent well though, with a trip to Nashville to see our son and daughter-in-law (and grand-pooch Franklin), and another little get-away to flop on the beach and chill.

Franklin (what a face!)

But now I feel motivated to write because in my never-ending quest to organize my tote-bag for work, I can cry “Eureka!” because I truly have found it. It has tons of compartments, so it can hold all my work gear (tape measure, laser measure, pens, clipboard)…it fits into my tote perfectly…it holds my laptop easily (and all the acoutrement that goes with it – power cord, mouse, mouse pad), and it’s colorful (I got red, of course, in a Medium.) Happily, when I don’t need all my work gear, it’s great for travel. We flew to Philadelphia to be with my husbands family over the July 4th holiday, and it held not only my laptop, but also my book, my iPad, my jewelry bag, etc.

Here’s the link to the one I got;  the company is Proud Queen.  I’m thinking of trying the Purse Insert too, for my handbags that don’t have much structure , where everything just kind of flops around on the bottom. Let me know if you try it or if you have other great purse or tote organizing tools.

Thanks for reading – stay stylish!
