A favorite Spring/Summer pairing of mine is floral and denim – it’s just so fresh and contemporary. (I mean, really, doesn’t denim just go with everything!) I’m not a big floral girl, but this is definitely something I will (and do) wear. For a recent girls dinner out I wore a dark printed floral skirt with a white blouse and my denim jacket. I paired it with nude stacked heels and it felt ‘just right’. Not too dressy but not too casual either. This is a combination that looks good on women of all ages – where the younger set might pair a denim jacket with a mini-skirt or romper and look just great, those of us in the 50+ set can work it with a skirt or maxi-dress.
